My wishlist

April 29th, 2008 Randy 1 comment

On the right side of this blog, you will find, a little ways down, a button labeled “my wishlist” Click it, I dare you. Ok, now I’m going to ruin the surprise of what will happen when you do, because you will, because you can’t resist a dare, because you’re human, because…you are. ANYWAY, if and when you click the button, you will be taken to my wishlist, as it is kept on wishlistr.com. But, if you don’t want to click that button or the preceding link, try this button:

My wishlist

Or this one:

My wishlist

Ooooh, a little fancier, but then there’s this one:

My wishlist

and this one:

My wishlist

AND THIS ONE!!!

My wishlist

YOU CANNOT RESIST COOL-LOOKING BUTTONS!!!!
and if you just did, well, good for you but you’re missing out on some great gift ideas for me for, say, Christmas or my b-day or just because I’m wicked cool or anything like that, mm-kay?

GIMP is not stupid, see?!

April 18th, 2008 Randy No comments

I mentioned a while ago that I was learning how to use GIMP (which I have successfully used to format pictures for this blog before). That, like many of my hobbies has been suffering from my lack of time, but I’ve covered this before. GIMP is one of PC Mag’s best free software choices, along with fan favs like OpenOffice.org (great if you don’t have MS Office; I’ve used it and it’s pretty good), iTunes, Firefox, and others: some that I have used/am using, and some I haven’t. So, for all you doubters out there about where I get my info sometimes, check out PC Magazine’s Best Free Software.

Hey, I’ve got some websites I visit every day, actually, several times each day. Here’s the beginnings of the list:

1) facebook
2) twitter
my twitter feed
3) del.icio.us
my del.icio.us posts

Now, back to work!

iFrogz

March 15th, 2008 Randy 1 comment

Hey! I almost forgot! Faith said, for my b-day, I could go to ifrogz.com to design my own iPod case! They’ve got a bunch of different colors and designs you can choose from. It’s a lot of fun and you end up with something totally unique. AND they’re not wicked expensive! If you don’t have an iPod case, and even if you do, check out ifrogz.com. And if you don’t have an iPod, get one and then check out ifrogz! Here’s a picture of mine!
